Julie has spent more than two decades in equipment and commercial finance, building a career that spans frontline lending, relationship management and bank leadership. She understands how lenders assess applications, what makes a deal work and, just as importantly, how to present a client's story so it has the best chance of approval.

Andy spent over 20 years building, owning and growing multiple hospitality businesses across Sydney. From opening venues and leading teams to managing growth, supplier relationships and the daily realities of running a business, he knows first-hand the pressures business owners face and why the right finance partner can make all the difference.
